Luke M. Walker is a painter of the landscape. His work aims to explore a relationship with the environment in both an urban context and in the wilder, higher places.

As a climber and mountaineer, Luke has travelled extensively to less accessible places in an effort to gain a greater understanding of them.

More recently he has returned to his home city of London and is trying to discover new ways to document the changing face of the city, and explore its relationship with the River Thames.
